Hello! Welcome to my portfolio site. I am a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut where I obtained a BA in political science and journalism.
My main interest is reporting on arts and culture, however I also report on politics and democracy in the United States. This portfolio contains examples of my photography, multimedia projects and written work.
During the Fall 2025 semester, I was a part of the Balance of Power project, which examined executive power throughout history and how Trump’s expansive interpretation of executive power has impacted Connecticut’s communities and institutions. I contributed to a piece about the history of executive power and produced a short documentary series that served as an overview of the project.
I currently serve as Program Director for WHUS, UConn’s student run radio station, and I’ve gotten the opportunity to photograph concerts and interview artists. My work is featured in several photo galleries on the WHUS website.
I am proficient in using both DSLR and SLR cameras and I regularly use Adobe Premiere and Lightroom to edit my work.
Through my time in radio and as a student journalist, I’ve learned to work in a collaborative environment and listen to people’s stories.
